Glossier is a famous brand with a strong community of fashion enthusiasts using its products as it delivers a strong, natural-looking makeup with skincare and low effort.
I have been using Glossier for quite a while, and I must say all of their products are genuine, but when they launched their lip liner, I knew I had to put it to the test.
I must say it is the best Glossier lip liner as I wanted something smooth and long-wearing, and using its lip liner I can easily wear it with my favorite lipsticks. So, let's check my Glossier lip liner review.

I don't choose lip liners with a brand tag. I am a very picky person, so I wanted something that does not soil my lips while sipping a coffee, and some lip liners smudge my lipstick.

I have never used such a fine liner that has long-lasting power with natural shades. It has a creamy medium lip coverage pencil that matches my skin tone and enhances its glow.

I tested five shades that cover a range of everyday tones. Here’s how each one performed:
1. Buff - Toasted Almond Shade
I used buff due to its rich almond property, and with its warm tone, it adjusts to my skin tone. I wore it without any makeup, and it looked good enough for my casual style. It also stayed quite longer while I had my snacks and didn't leave any smudge.
2. Grip - Cool Rose Shade
I applied Grip shade with my formal outfit and it had a soft touch that gave my face a glow. I had meetings all day in the office, and I didn't even feel like reapplying the shade. I even got a compliment on my lip color.
3. Flush - Reddish Brown Shade
While going on an evening walk with friends I applied Flush with its natural earthy color and brown shade which totally matched my outfit. I even ate fries and no smudge was left nor my lips looked dark which made me more comfy.
4. Bit - Casual Warm Mauve
With its naturally mid-tone it works well on every outfit. I even wore it while jogging, and while I had applied a creamy lipstick, it enhanced the outline of that color, and I would recommend this shade to you all.
5. Bare - Dark Chocolate Mauve
It has an elegant and bold look which I adore, I am a person who wants to look like a main character, so I tested Bare shade, although I was nervous at first, but once I tried it with a lip gloss. I was obsessed with its supermodel charm, everyone at the event also applauded my look.
Textures and Blendability of Glossier Lip Liner
The best thing I love about their lip liners is that they are smooth and easy to apply. They have long long-lasting ability which makes you not reapply it, along with water resistance. The lip liner easily glides on with no dragging or crumbling. I never warm them or apply any layer to get pigment.
Many lip liners from different brands need to be reapplied after a certain time, yet Glossier liners are perfect for such a case, as they stay put for a longer time.
What makes me their favorite customer is the way their lip liners blend easily. I can smudge them with my finger or a brush, yet once they are applied, they won't move.
Performance of Lip Liner
I am amazed by using these lip liners, I wore every shade of Glossier liner in every different scenario in the past week. During lunch, meetings, or even a night stall, I was amazed to see that even on a sweaty jog, the blendability of these liners did not leave any smudge.
They lasted quite much longer than I expected, around 4-5 hours, and some more than that without leaving any smear.
Comparison of Glossier With Other Brands
I tried many lip liners before and after using Glossier products, mostly from brands like Maybelline or NYX. They were easy to blend with any gloss and held up better than I expected.
Yet, the main reason I switched to Glossier is that they have more natural colors, with bold and elegant options, and with much longer wear time.
Are Glossier Lip Liners Worth It?
It depends upon your style, fashion sense, but if you ask me, I would recommend you use Glossier lip liner. They are worth it, and if you want a liner that has water, smudge-resistant power with low maintenance then you must choose it.
You can choose other options, other brands, other shades, but if you are a fashion enthusiasts, then you would love their solid additions.
